SECTION 3 - PRICING, CURRENCY & TAXES (EU & INTERNATIONAL)

  • Currency: All prices displayed on our store are in [EUR € / USD $].

  • Value Added Tax (VAT): For customers located within the European Union, prices are inclusive of applicable VAT in accordance with EU regulations.

  • Customs & Import Duties: For orders shipped outside the European Union, the shipment may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and custom fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Placing an order through our Shopify store constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding sales contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a formal Shipping Confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

SECTION 5 - PAYMENT SECURITY (SANAL POS & ENCRYPTION)

All payments processed through our store are handled via secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (Sipay Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.). Your payment credentials are encrypted using SSL technology during checkout. We do not store or have direct access to your full credit card details.

SECTION 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS (EU 14-DAY RULE)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

  • Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Unless otherwise specified, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
